Payment processing services enable Uptime Warden to process payments using methods such as credit cards, bank transfers, or other means. Information automatically collected by Uptime Warden (or third-party services employed by Uptime Warden), including IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who access Uptime Warden, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of requests, the method used to submit requests to the server, the size of files received in response, the numerical code indicating server response status (successful, error, etc.), the country of origin, browser and operating system characteristics, and various time details for each visit (e.g., time spent on each page within the Application) and details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, as well as other parameters concerning the device’s operating system and user’s IT environment.

User

The individual using Uptime Warden who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject

The natural person to whom Personal Data refers.

Data Processor (or Processor)

A natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body processing Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.

Data Controller (or Owner)
